“We recently hosted a Teamwork Effectiveness day for a large team of 140 people. We invited Bridgford Consultancy to host an immersive learning session for us. Throughout the whole process, from the very first engagement with the team from Bridgford, through to final delivery, including site visit and dress rehearsals, the team were keen to take our feedback and incorporate it into their design demonstrating their flexibility and willingness to work with the customer to get the best outcome.

The feedback we received from attendees was overwhelmingly positive with them calling out that they appreciated the energy of the facilitators and the variety of exercises. It was a highly interactive, engaging, and thoughtfully designed session, that brought out the best in team collaboration.

The session struck a great balance between fun and meaningful learning, reinforcing key themes like trust, communication, and adaptability with activities like blind drawing, Lego building, and adaptive challenges encouraging quick thinking, active listening, and reflection on personal and team strengths.

Overall, it was a refreshing and impactful way to explore teamwork, with many leaving inspired and more aware of the value they bring to their teams. We would highly recommend Bridgford Consultancy to any organisation looking for a professional team that can deliver an immersive learning session to a large audience.”

-Programme Sponsor

Virgin Media O2 and their partners NTT Data hosted an in-person Town Hall for their CIO team, at The Emirates Stadium in London, to delve into effective teamwork. They were looking for thought-provoking, engaging activities that helped to transform how they communicate and work together in a fully hybrid workplace, with rapidly-forming teams.

We consulted closely with VMO2, understanding their specific needs and desired outcomes, before designing a bespoke workshop tailored to their objectives, facilitated by three of our senior consultants. Regular, open communication with the project sponsor was key to the success of the project and ensured we were delivering exactly what was required.
