We were commissioned to deliver a blended presentation skills course for trainees in Zurich's graduate programme.
Day 1 was online (MS Teams) and focused on preparing and structuring a presentation, with specific tips on delivering online presentations, and then the chance to practise delivering on Teams with feedback from peers and trainer.
Day 2 is delivered face-to-face and focuses on powerful, impactful presenting when in front of an audience: presence, body language, handling nerves, dealing with audience questions and objections. Then the chance for longer practice presentations, with detailed feedback.
Now into its fifth year, we have refined the content and delivery each time based on feedback and we look forward to training future cohorts of Zurich graduates.
