We specialise in leadership development and communication training: often described as people skills. This can mean leading teams effectively, giving impactful presentations, prioritising the most important work, giving great feedback, training others in the workplace, or facilitating workshops and awaydays.

We work in a facilitator-coach style: positive psychology and coaching psychology principles are embedded in everything we do.

Bridgford Consultancy works with clients across a broad spectrum of industries, from insurance and finance to telecoms; from large engineering firms to hospitality; public sector and charities to major FTSE 100 corporates.

We always look to tailor our learning programmes to suit clients’ specific needs and we pride ourselves on working towards your employees’ individual development goals. Current, long-standing client relationships include Rolls-Royce, Siemens, Zurich and Aviva, amongst others.
