“A very little key will open a very heavy door”
Our people skills portfolio offers learning to help you deliver results – results from which your organisation will benefit; equally you will benefit as a person, in your career and in your life outside of work.
If, as an organisation, you wish to tap into an existing course, then we are happy to deliver it as an open programme. We will tailor learning outcomes and content for your participants.
Most topics can be delivered as a short course (1 to 2 days), or divided into bite size learning chunks, benefiting from virtual classroom delivery if this will add value.
Call us to bridge your people skills gaps

Train the Trainer
What is Bridgford Consultancy asked to design and deliver, more than any other programme? Our answer is emphatically ‘Train the trainer’.
We love to develop the skills and confidence of others. Our delegates in turn are able to develop the expertise of their colleagues.
- Train the workplace trainer – skills for one to one training for operators or office staff
- Train the workplace assessor – knowledge and skills for ‘on the job’ assessors
- Facilitation skills for managers and team leaders – getting the most from meetings and team development sessions
Bridgford Consultancy has designed and regularly delivers accredited workplace trainer and assessor programmes for two FTSE 100 clients. We have also been the provider of choice for EU Skills, developing trainers in energy companies responsible for the roll-out of SMART Metering.
If you wish to design and deliver in-house training packages, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a free consultation.

What a wonderful course; it made me feel valued to be nominated by my manager, and importantly provided me with very rare time away from my desk to concentrate on my personal development.
‘There was a good balance between fun, imaginary scenarios and serious ‘real-life’ situations. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who has to write emails, letters, and/or reports for the organisation – which is most people!
I found the course fantastic and extremely useful, just the right amount of theory and practical, and the trainer was excellent. I feel very excited now about delivering training in the future and using the techniques.
