A number of our facilitators are qualified coaches and will be delighted to offer one-to-one coaching, at executive or staff level, to complement other learning sessions or as a stand-alone.

We also have a model for team coaching, similar to action learning sets, where participants present a challenge and are coached by their peers. Participants and their organisations give very positive feedback – it’s practical and extremely relevant.

Development for coaches – Coaching Competencies Inventory

Bridgford Consultancy is delighted to offer training, virtual classroom and coaching for coaches. This could be part of a more extensive leadership development programme.

Integral to our ‘coaching for success’ programme, our Coaching Competencies Inventory provides invaluable insights for trainee coaches, especially useful for managers and team leaders developing their coaching skills and behaviours.

The results, collated and presented by Bridgford Consultancy, are gathered from questionnaires completed by the trainee coach and their peers.
