1. Customer ServiceAchieving Your Potential - Business Management Consulting UK

Local Authorities

Bridgford Consultancy has designed and delivered training for a number of County, Unitary and District Councils including Call Centres. The training is based on the Council's own policy and standards

Outcomes:

Nottinghamshire County Council - exceptional customer service provided through their Customer Service Centre; as a new initiative, we have recently trained customer service coaches to support the Institute of Customer Service awards.

Bolsover District Council - achieved the positive 'buy-in' and a pro-active approach of staff to the new Policy and Standards. Each person implemented one small action towards improving customer service. Refreshed the skills of front line staff to support the new Complaints procedure.

Derby City Libraries - Bridgford Consultancy trained a team of in-house trainers who successfully cascaded the training to all their front line staff. The Department has been complimented on its excellent customer service.

E.ON Engineering Ltd

Technology Centre

This was a joint facilitation with the Commercial Department. The Technology Centre is a technical engineering and research Business. We focused on partnership working and building long term customer loyalty. This resulted in a re-appraisal of how teams manage their priorities and customer contacts.
