Principal Consultant, Diana, and her associates have extensive experience working for the EEF (Engineering Employer’s Federation), Hemsley Fraser, Energy and Utility Skills and the CMI (Chartered Management Institute), delivering open catalogue courses, bespoke training and CMI accredited management qualifications.
We are members of professional bodies – CIPD, CMI, Institute of Hospitality – and have accreditations with TAP (Training Accreditation Programme), BPS (British Psychological Society) for psychometric testing, ITOL (Institute of Training & Occupational Learning) for brain friendly trainer programmes, and the Learning & Performance Institute for COLF (Certified On-line Facilitation).
We offer accreditation to Level B by the British Psychological Society to interpret 16PF5, Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Firo B as well as accreditation for the SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory) which provides fantastic insights in leadership, influencing skills and team development.
