1. Free consultancy meeting with no obligation

Our first contact with you is important. You need to build trust in us and know that we are the right provider for your project. We are happy to assess your requirements, suggest options and provide a proposal, all at no charge to yourselves.

2. Virtual classroom delivery

As we hold a licence for virtual classroom technology and have qualified on-line facilitators, we can offer sessions at no additional cost to you. Participants will simply need to click on the session link and participate with both audio and keyboard. They will find the sessions stimulating, informative and a lot of fun!

3. Psychometrics and other questionnaires

We can offer a range of psychometric or other questionnaires for leadership, communication skills, time management and  team development.

4. One to one and team coaching

A number of our facilitators are trained coaches and will be delighted to offer one-to-one coaching, to complement other learning sessions or as a stand-alone.

Our team coaching approach, modelled on action learning sets, where participants present a challenge and are coached by their peers, works very well, either as a stand-alone or as an activity within a training course. Participants and their organisations give very positive feedback – it’s practical and extremely relevant.

5. Coaching competencies questionnaire

This questionnaire is invaluable when training coaches to coach.

Bridgford Consultancy has developed its own assessment for coaching and mentoring behaviours. We will be delighted to introduce this to you as a stand-alone intervention or as part of a coaching programme.

6. Performance management & competency frameworks

Bridgford Consultancy consultants are skilled in working with behavioural competency frameworks. We can support you in designing competencies and performance management processes.

As a unique offering, we conduct performance management audits for clients. This involves assessing the quality of objective-setting and employee reviews. The organisation can then provide targeted development for reviewers which has a major impact on motivation and results.

The SDI concept and approach is very useful across all areas of work and also non-work life…the style was really good and a good mix of exercises which made sure we kept our energy levels up … well worth the time invested in it and I have lots to take back to my team.
