Bridgford Consultancy has significant experience and expertise in working with competency and behavioural frameworks for recruitment & selection, performance management, career development and succession planning. We will build the leadership programme around your framework.

We can link your learning & development programmes to National Management Standards to achieve accreditation via the Chartered Management Institute
Psychometric questionnaires
Psychometric questionnaires and other models are used to best advantage. Bridgford Consultancy consultants are accredited to administer and give feedback on the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Firo B, 16 PF5 and the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI). We also use the Hersey Situational Leadership questionnaire, Belbin Team Roles and the Thomas Kilmann Conflict questionnaire.
