Can you tailor your courses for our organisation?

What training methods do you use?

People learn in different ways and so we use a wide variety of training methods - questionnaires, discussions, small and large group activities, presentation, team coaching and more. The important thing is that the training methods contribute directly to the learning outcomes. Whilst stretching and challenging our course participants, we do not use any techniques which people may find threatening or embarrassing.

How much will it cost?

Training providers tend not to mention costs on their websites, probably because it's commercially sensitive information! However, you, the buyer, want to know whether Bridgford Consultancy provides good value for money. To answer this, you should know that we are not the cheapest training provider you will find. However, we aim to keep our rates very competitive by minimising overheads. Our day rates work out at 50 to 60% of those of the high profile Management Training Consultancies. Although some consultancies will have more associates on their books, we know that we excel in our professional approach, flexibility, attention to detail and customer service. Ask us for a quote!

How do you use psychometric questionnaires?

Our consultants are accredited to administer and interpret a range of questionnaires. Our favourites are the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Firo B and the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI). The SDI is an inventory rather than a psychometric questionnaire. We use these primarily for team development and leadership development. The questionnaires give participants a framework to understand their own behaviour and that of others. Through understanding, we encourage acceptance of others and relationship building. People find it easier to value differences and find ways of influencing other people.

We also support Recruitment and Selection processes with the 16PF -5 psychometric questionnaire.

What experience do you have of facilitating focus groups?
