Christine Smith and Diana Edmonds established Bridgford Consultancy in 1999 to work with organisations who wish to achieve success through people development.

Chris and Diana have extensive employment and consultancy experience in the engineering, aerospace and energy industries, as well as the public sector. They have an in-depth understanding of Local Government issues. Diana worked for Nottinghamshire County Council for 10 years.

They are passionate about the importance of people development in achieving organisational success.

Our Team

Bridgford Consultancy has a team of 8 trainers and coaches with experience in different sectors. Diana or Chris personally project manage each initiative, ensuring consistency and quality.
